Scottish International Storytelling Festival - Yukon Stories

Storyteller Louise Profeit-LeBlanc to share traditional stories from northern Canada - 24 October 2019, 6.30pm to 8pm, at the University of Aberdeen. FREE admission.

All are welcome to this event being held in the Seminar Room 224, The Sir Duncan Rice Library at the University of Aberdeen, but due to limited space, booking will be essential.  Online booking available.

Storyteller Louise Profeit-LeBlanc of the Nacho Nyak Dän First Nation, has dedicated her life to collecting stories from the northern Yukon in Canada. Nurtured by the traditional stories of her grandmother, Louise will share this treasure with you and will take you to the outskirts of the Arctic Circle.

This event is being hosted by the Elphinstone Institute in partnership with the Scottish Storytelling Centre.
