The Scottish Affairs Committee at the House of Common are conducting an inquiry into Digital connectivity in Scotland. Dr Lorna Philip attended a meeting of the Committee on the 23rd January 2018. She gave evidence about the digital connectivity challenges faced by many residents and businesses based in rural area, drawing upon the findings of research she conducted under the auspices of the RCUK funded dot.rural programme.
