IT outage impacting on Staff and Students Home drive and Shared drives
What is happening?
There has been a significant power outage at our second IT Data Centre based at Garthdee. The outage is currently affecting a large number of staff and student “H” drives as well as shared drive access. Due to the nature of the outage we cannot currently confirm an exact time to recover all IT Services.
Please note: Teaching may well be impacted by the outage as many students cannot access their network based “H” drives. H drives are required when logging on to classroom computers.
