Workshop to discuss the Legal Character of Petroleum Licenses

Professor Tina Hunter, chair of the Aberdeen University Centre for Energy Law hosted a workshop in conjunction with the University of Bergen to discuss the legal character of petroleum licenses. Academics from across the globe met to discuss the different perspectives by jurisdiction. The papers will be published in the near future, please watch this space.
