Account Manager portal unavailable
What is happening?
The Account Manager portal - used for requesting Guest and External accounts and for managing staff passwords - will be unavailable between 9am and 5pm on Wednesday 26 April.
What should you do?
Where possible, please do not change your password on this day.
You will be unable to request Guest or External accounts that day and you should therefore make any urgent requests in advance of Wednesday.
IT accounts for new staff joining on Wednesday will be created once the upgrade is complete.
