On Wednesday 5th of March, the Department of Computing Science concluded its first ever departmental Game Jam.
Students were given one week to make a videogame on the theme of Aberdeen. The quality of games that students produced over the week was incredible, especially considering that this was the first time that many teams had made a game. We are looking forward to next year to see how our students will continue to improve after having a bit of experience.
Well done to Team Git Gud for taking first place overall. Winning the grand prize of £100. And an additional well done to Team Ctrl-Alt-Deliverance and Team Balbinko Productions who will both win £50.
