Graham had acne as a child, but more on his face rather than around his neck.
He says that he likes to look after himself. He shaves and moisturizes daily, and frequently visits the local spa.
PMH: hypertension, bipolar disorder, teenage acne, childhood chickenpox
Drugs: Lithium
On examination, Graham has lots of spots on the back of his neck and lateral cheeks. The lesions are of varying sizes.
Graham smells quite strongly of aftershave.
Obs are all within normal ranges for his age.
