Patients with gall stones (Cholelithiasis) could be:
Asymptomatic (50-70%)
Presented with symptoms such as: dyspepsia, vomiting, pain (colicky, intermittent, more at night, triggered by fatty meals)
Presented with complications: Acute inflammation (Acute Cholecystitis, Obstructive jaundice, Pancreatitis, other complications will be mentioned later)
