Debrief is an important part of an Obstetric patient's care
Hot debrief can be undertaken around the time of events versus later where time has been allowed to consider events and recover from the actute situation
Debrief the woman on what ahs happened and allow the opportunity to ask questions and discuss events
In some cases a follow up appointment in the debrief clinic may be indicated and at a mutually convenient time
