Investigations
- Mrs Smith had was neutro/leucopaenic.
- Her lactate dehydrogenase level was elevated.
- Other blood investigations were normal.
- Mrs Smith's CT abdomen and pelvis shows gross left pelvic, inguinal and retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy.
- Her spleen is slightly enlarged and her liver, pancreas adrenals and kidneys are normal.
