Case 2
A 70 year old female appears at A&E following a collapse. A 12 lead ECG is performed and the result shown below. She feels anxious and unwell and has vomited as well on the way in.
STEMI
There is ST elevation in the anterior leads predominantly but also in the septal and lateral leads suggesting that the blockage is located within the left anterior descending artery.
