Will I be able to use my hand?
- Most light tasks are ok, you can still use your hand, in fact early mobility and light lifting (e.g. lifting a cup of tea) is encouraged starting from the day of surgery.
- After 2 weeks patients are starting to gradually increase the amount of weight lifted. At 8 wks most people are back to all their normal activities.
