Mrs Brown's AKI is likely multifactorial:
- Pre-renal
- Volume depletion from reduced oral intake and diuretic use
- Combination of haemodynamic effects of ACEi, NSAID and diuretic
- Intrinsic
- NSAID related interstitial nephritis (not likely - given quick recovery)
