Review Mrs Browns medication, is there anything you would like to stop / withhold or alter the dose?
- Aspirin 75mg once daily - continue
- Atorvastatin 40mg once daily - continue
- Bisoprolol 5mg once daily - would reduce dose as patient bradycardic and monitor heart rate
- Ramipril 10mg once daily - withhold in AKI
- Furosemide 40mg once daily - withhold in AKI, no evidence of fluid overload currently
- Paracetamol 1 gram four times daily - continue
Acute
- Ibuprofen 400mg three times daily - stop likely contributed/worsened AKI
