Flow Meter
Connected to the wall port is a flow meter, usually a ball float meter. These meters have a knob to adjust the flow rate and an outlet at the bottom.
The flow rate is read at the middle of the ball.
With other floats the reading can be either at the top edge or the bottom edge.
If your ward uses other meters make sure you know how they are read.
