• Left hilar upper mass extending superiorly into left apex and left upper lobe collapse
• Loculated right lower lobe cavitating mass with increased pleural thickening

What is the diagnosis and differentials?

• Malignant, inflammatory, vascular/vasculitis or infective

What is the management?

• CT CAP
• CT guided lung biopsy
• Spirometry
• Bronchoscopy
