CT Scan
After the initial handover and *C*ABCDE, Greg is sent for a full CT scan.
Findings:
- C5/6 Facet joint dislocation
- Free fluid in abdominal cavity, suspicious of splenic rupture
- No pelvic fracture
- No pneumothorax, no rib fractures
- No intracerebral injuries
- No other bony injuries
