Mr Mackay, a 55 year old man, is out walking his dog round a local path near his home in Bettyhill with his wife, Jill, when he suddenly starts to feel clammy and short of breath.
When Jill asks what's wrong, Mr Mackay says he has severe chest pain and feels like he might faint.
