1. Phone 999, blue light ambulance response
2. ECG +/- is a defibrillator available
3. IV cannulation
4. MONA

5. Thrombolysis
   • Tenecteplase IV - 50mg (10,000 units) over 5-10secs + record time dose was administered
   • Heparin IV - 5000 units loading dose
   • Enoxaparin 1mg/kg subcutaneous
   • Clopidogrel 300mg loading dose
