Theorising Space, Place and Belonging is a workshop aimed at doctoral researchers based in Scotland working on topics related to urban environments and experiences, experiences of space and place, European history and culture and related fields. The workshop will offer opportunities to explore and refine theoretical and methodological approaches to studying space and place. The session will be led by Dr Stephan Ehrig (University of Glasgow) and co-facilitated by Dr Laura Bowie (University of Greenwich).

Participants signing up to the workshop are encouraged to attend both the panel discussion (11-12:30pm) as well as the workshop itself (1:30-3). Preparatory readings will be sent to participants in advance.

The workshop can be attended in person or online. A limited amount of funding is available to support travel to the workshop.
