A student-led curator's talk on ancient Egyptian artefacts
Following the opening of the MLitt Museum Studies students' exhibition 'Victorian Time: The Spirit of the Age', the lunchtime talks will elaborate on various themes and objects found within. As part of a series of lunchtime talks held in King's Museum MLitt student, Abeer Eladany, will provide a free talk on how Egyptology affected Victorian life, with a reflection on the collecting of ancient Egyptian artefacts during the Victorian Era and the replication of some everyday objects.
