A photography exhibition by Ian Cowe showing a wide selection of Stevenson lighthouses in Scotland
Ian Cowe, from the University of Aberdeen’s Estates section, has been a lighthouse enthusiast since birth. For the last five years Ian has been travelling around the coast of Scotland capturing photographs of the lighthouses which the Stevenson family of engineers built. As many of these lighthouses stand in remote and hard to reach places, this project has been quite a challenge and has seen Ian travelling by foot, car, boat and helicopter.
