Successful Strategies to Healthier Eating Behaviours

Join psychologist Dr. Clare Scott for this interactive lecture which will explore the social, cultural and emotional pressures that shape our eating behaviour.  Find out what type of eater you are and learn more about the toolbox of techniques that could help you change your ways.

All are welcome to this series of public lectures organised by King's Museum in collaboration with the Rowett Institute of Nutrition and Health.

Please note that this lecture will be preceded by a variety of activities in the King's Museum gallery from 6pm - 7:30pm. You can enjoy a stroll round the new Food Stories Exhibition as well as try your hand at psychological tests, find out what’s in your favourite snacks and put your senses to the test.
