Professor Tina Soliman Hunter is participating in CRENAME's first workshop as part of the on-going project looking at the behaviour of oil in Arctic conditions and its impact on the regulation of oil spill prevention and response.

In her role as President of the Consortium of Researchers & Experts in North and Arctic Marine Ecosystems  (CRENAME).  Professor Tina Soliman Hunter will be taking part in a workshop in Tomsk between 28th and 29th November.  

The workshop will be discussing CRENAME's current interdisciplinary project researching response and regulatory methods to mitigate against oil spills in the Arctic region.  The consortium team unites participants of the UK-Russia Conference in Arkhangelsk 2018, and includes representatives from Murmasnk Marine Biological Institute, Northern Arctic Federal University named after M.V. Lomonosov and Tomsk State University, as well as the University of Aberdeen.
