Annalisa presented the paper recenlty published in Nature journal, examining the concept of Just Transition litigation. Annalisa led a consortium of authors to engage with this emerging concept providing a new frame for identifying and understanding the diverse justice claims of those affected by climate action. AUCEL members, PGR researchers and PGT students learned about the systematic approach to case law review and the role of just transition in the decarbonisation processes.
