Congratulation to Diploma students, Latifa El Shafei and David Ridley who won the National Negotiation Competition held in Glasgow on Friday 27th March. The students competed against teams from Glasgow, Edinburgh, Strathclyde and Robert Gordon universities. The team was coached by Adam Davies an LLM student (and former National winner of this competition in 2011 when he was a Diploma student here). As a result of this win Latifa and David will represent Scotland in the International Competition being held this year in Dublin and hosted by the Law Society of Ireland in July. It is a week-long competition and attracts competitors from across the world.
