John Paterson delivered a public lecture on 15 September 2014 at the Ministry of Energy in Thailand at the invitation of the Petroleum Institute of Thailand. The lecture entitled ‘Petroleum Fiscal System: Lessons from the UK’ was requested as a contribution to the ongoing debate in Thailand about the possibility to change from a licence and tax system to a production sharing system.
