On 13 May 2021, the Centre for Commercial Law (CCL) and the Centre for Private International Law (CPIL) held an online seminar in memory of Professor Jonathan Ficthen, who passed away earlier this year. The seminar started with a panel and Q&A on The Hague Judgments Convention and its implications for international commercial dispute resolution. This was then followed by a celebration of the life and achievements of Professor Jonathan Fitchen with tributes and appreciation (event program attached).
