Our Dr Alisdair MacPherson presented a paper at the annual Scottish Legal History Group Conference on 3 October, which was held online for the first time. Alisdair's paper focused on "The 'Pre-History' of Floating Charges in Scots Law" and the material in this paper is due to be published in an edited volume next year.
