Professor Paul Beaumont, Jayne Holliday, Dr Katarina Trimmings and Dr Burcu Yuksel are all at the 7th World Congress on family Law and Human Rights in Dublin this week.
Professor Paul Beaumont and Jayne Holliday are presenting their paper: Recent Developments on Habitual Residence and on Transfer in the Brussels IIa Regulation on the 5th of June and Dr Katarina Trimmings and Dr Burcu Yuksel will be presenting their paper titled: A Private International Law Analysis of Non-Consensual Adoption of of Eastern European Children on the 6th of June.
