Ongoing issue with access to files older than 3 months
What is happening?
We are currently experiencing an issue with access to files stored on the network that have not been amended for more than 3 months. Our engineers are urgently working on rectifying the fault in liaison with our external support vendor.
At present we are aware that the outage is impacting the following areas of University business: file recall, some websites, business applications including Student Records.
We apologise for the inconvenience and will provide an update on the matter before 5pm today.
