New service for managing staff IT accounts and passwords
What is happening?
Tomorrow – Wednesday 20 May – we are launching a new, self-service Account Manager and a Password Manager.
These new services will be available from 17:00 tomorrow and will replace our current processes for requesting Guest, Project, and External IT accounts, for IT registration (new staff), and for changing your password.
How will this affect you?
You will not be able to use the existing automatic guest account creation or password changing facility between 09:00 and 17:00 tomorrow.
