Current issues relating to logging into Outlook email
What is happening?
IT Services have been made aware of a problem that staff and students are experiencing when logging in to email. The issue is mostly affecting Outlook Web Access though could potentially cause problems when connecting to email from desktop Outlook clients as well.
Microsoft are aware of the problem and are deploying a fix for the University of Aberdeen and other affected sites. Unfortunately we do not have an exact timeline for when this fix will be fully deployed.
What should you do?
If you are affected and cannot access your email all we can ask is that you try again later. We will provide updates on the status as and when they become available.
