ERDAS Imagine has withdrawn support for versions below 2013
What is happening?
ERDAS Imagine has withdrawn support for versions below 2013. If you are using an older version of ERDAS Imagine, you will need to upgrade to the latest version.
If you are using a networked version of ERDAS Imagine below version 2013, the license will expire on the 1st of September 2013. Single use versions will need to be upgraded to 2013 as soon as possible to continue using the software.
What should you do?
To install on a personal or non-networked device, you will need to install and license ERDAS Imagine 2013 for single use. Please follow this link to the installation guide on the Downloads Service Website. You will need your university username and password to access this file.
If you need to upgrade to ERDAS Imagine 2013 on a university owned networked computer or laptop, then please send please send an email to the Service Desk - servicedesk@abdn.ac.uk - including the following information:
- Subject: ERDAS Imagine 2013 Installation Request
- Your Name
- Contact Phone Number
- PC Name, e.g. CLSM-001234
