Problem with Maestro bank cards
What is happening?
IT Services are aware that some Maestro bank cards, in particular those from Clydesdale Bank, are not functioning for use with print top-ups.
What should you do?
If you experience problems topping up your print budget then please try an alternative bank card or use cash to credit your account. You can credit using cash at the following locations:
- Reception, Edward Wright building - Monday-Friday 12:30-14:00
- Medical Library, Foresterhill - when open
