Shared drives briefly unavailable.
What is happening?
IT Services will be undertaking routine maintenance on the systems which provide your shared drive and home drive. This will result in all shared and home drives being unavailable for a brief time (less than 30 seconds) between 18:00 – 18:30 on Tuesday 2nd April and at risk the rest of the time.
What should you do?
If you are planning to work on documents etc during this period, please save your work locally onto your hard drive or a USB drive. After this period, copy these files back to your shared and home drive (as applicable) to enable them to be backed up.
