IT Services Out of Hours cover between 5pm, Friday 21 Dec 2012 - 8am, Thursday 3 Jan 2013
What is happening?
During the Christmas and New Year holiday period, IT Services will be operating its usual Out of Hours Emergency service. The IT Service Desk will be open until 5pm, 21st December 2012. At 5pm our normal Service Desk contact methods will automatically transfer over to our Out of Hours service.
This limited emergency service will be in operation until we all return on Thursday 3rd January 2013.
