AV & IT support during the British Science Festival
What is happening?
As you are aware the University will be hosting the British Science Festival between 4 – 9 September.
DIT are involved with some 300 live presentations and tens of thousands of visitors to the University with AV and IT systems core to the success of this event. As such, a substantial amount of our attention will be focused on the participants and presenters attending the British Science Festival venues.
What should you do?
Please be aware that, during this week, DIT staff may be attending to issues relating to the British Science Festival and therefore we might not be able to answer your requests as quickly as usual. We want you to know that incidents and hardware breakdowns will continue to take priority.
