Planned software upgrade for classroom environment.
What is happening?
DIT staff will be updating the software on the PCs in the various DIT managed classrooms, clusters and lecture theatres (http://www.abdn.ac.uk/dit/student/class/wherepc.php) during the three week period Monday 18th July - Friday 5th August inclusive.
At some point during this period, each classroom will be taken out of service for a period of approximately 3-4 hours. If all goes well, this will only happen once per classroom, and only one classroom at a time will be out of service, ensuring that nearby classrooms or clusters will be available to students and other users.
