Essential maintenance of student printing service 16:00 - 18:00
What is happening?
In preparation for major upgrades to a number of services provided by DIT, we have to physically move the equipment that manages the printing queue for undergraduates and taught postgraduates. This move means there will be no printing between 16:00 – 18:00 on Wednesday 4th May 2011.
What should you do?
Please be aware that there will be no printing from the classroom printers during this time and plan your coursework accordingly.
We considered our timings carefully and, by examining the pattern of printing usage within the classrooms, decided that the quietest time which would cause the least impact would be after 16:00 on a Wednesday.
