Inability to connect to shared administration drives, unable to print and affecting some roaming profiles
What is happening?
We are currently experiencing a problem with our servers providing filespace and printing services to Administration teams. This is resulting in an inability to connect to shared administration drives, unable to print and affecting some roaming profiles.
DIT service engineers are currently attempting to resolve the issue, but as yet we are unable to provide an estimate of when the service will be restored, although we are working to restore this as soon as possible.
What should you do?
Currently, if you are unable to connect to your shared filespace, please save any work either on your home drive or on a local drive. We will notify you as soon as the service is available again.
