Known network issues at Queen Mother Library, Friday 9 October 2009
What is happening?
We have experienced damage to the network cable that services QML. At this time, there is no network access from within QML. Only contact is by telephone. Other University libraries have continued access to catalogue and networked PCs {including networked resources}. Basic Library circulation services are still available.
Our Networking team are investigating the issue with external network contractors but the timescale for resolution is not known at this time. We will update you as soon as we can.
