Server maintenance affecting Remote Access. Remote Access at risk between 7am and 10am
Remote access via university managed devices will be ‘at risk’ from 7am to 10am on Thursday 7 November.
We need to install essential security updates on the F5 servers that manage remote access connections. Your Windows or Apple Mac managed device connects to the university network using software known as the F5 client / UoA Remote Access. This is the icon in your toolbar:

Once the server update completes we will automatically deploy a new remote access client to your managed UoA computer.
