Further information on new print queues, dates for rollout & collection, training and support.
What's happening?
As previously communicated, we will be rolling out a fleet of industry leading, energy efficient Epson Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs) with the support of local business Carbon Group UK. These will replace the current Konica Minolta devices.
What do you need to do?
Once your building has transitioned to the new MFDs, you’ll need to change which printing queue you select. The correct printing queue for the new devices is noted below:
• Print-Mono-Epson
• Print-Colour-Epson
Apple Mac users
• Print_Epson

Support
Support will be provided by Carbon Group UK and QR codes to log issues and faults will be visible on all devices.
Training
Training documentation and support guides have been updated. Carbon Group UK and Epson will deliver training in the Sir Duncan Rice Library on 3rd July, with the choice of 2 sessions: 11:00am or 2:00pm.
