Intermittent issues with VDI service
What is happening?
We are aware of intermittent connectivity problems when connecting to the classroom desktops via the VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) service at vdi.abdn.ac.uk
The issues are being urgently investigated by our engineers to identify the root cause.
What should you do?
The issue appears to affect logons intermittently. You can try to logon again and the session may work.
Some remote resources are available via vpn.abdn.ac.uk
