What is happening?
In April, we reported that an Apple security patch included in a minor update to macOS removed a critical component of the VPN client.
We are pleased to report that we have successfully implemented and tested the new client provided by our VPN vendors and this will be rolled out automatically to all UoA managed macOS devices from the morning of Wednesday, 7 June.
We will also make the new client available from JAMF self-service at the same time.
