What is happening?
The planned maintenance will occur as follows:

What should you do?
Please save your files regularly on the dates listed above.
Why is this happening?
This maintenance is required for compliance as well as to replace or update essential IT network equipment and services.
While there is never a good time to carry out such work, we have chosen these dates/times to try and minimise the impact to the University community. If we encounter problems during any of the upgrades that will affect you, we will issue further Service News.
