What is happening?
Do not click on any email attachments unless you are 100% sure of where they have come from.
A particularly virulent and destructive email virus is in circulation and has infected organisations worldwide, including an institution nearby. This virus is being spread by email and will encrypt your computer.
We have added an alert to emails with attachments or links which have come from outside the University. This is an essential measure to remind you to help ensure this University does not become infected.
