Print, Copy, Scan outage, 28 & 29 July
This is a reminder that you will not be able print, copy or scan using the Konica Minolta MFDs during the weekend of Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 July.
The webprint service will also be unavailable from midday on Friday 27 July and all weekend.
We hope to have all services resumed in time for start of business on Monday 30 July.
Will there be any printing options over the weekend?
We will operate pop-up printing services to handle small volume, urgent jobs on Saturday and Sunday for walk-in customers.
There will be a printer available at
- First Floor Information Centre, Sir Duncan Rice Library, Saturday 28 from 0900-1630.
- IT Service Desk, Room G84, Edward Wright Building, Saturday 28 and Sunday 29, 1000-1600.
What do you need to do?
Please print any documents you require before close of play on Friday 27 July.
Please let us know on Monday 30 July if you experience any issues using the MFDs.
Why is this happening?
These planned outages are to allow significant upgrades to the server infrastructure that runs the MFD service. External specialists from Konica Minolta will be assisting IT Services to complete this work. We do not expect this change to have any effect on your use of the MFDs after the weekend.
