What is happening?
There will be brief interruptions to the network each night between Sunday 10 June and Wednesday 13 June.
The planned schedule is as follows:

How does this affect me, and what should I do?
Make sure you save your work regularly. If you experience connectivity issues during the maintenance period, please wait a few minutes and try again.
MFDs may be offline after the maintenance period completes. We aim to visit all locations where MFDs have not recovered and will reboot them manually. However, if you urgently need to print or copy and find an MFD is still offline, you can reboot it. Simply power it off at the wall socket, wait 60 seconds, then power the device on again.
Why is this happening?
IT network switches and hardware are being upgraded with the latest software release.
